Oct 23, 2009
The global animal health company Alltech always seeks out places that are centres for agricultural productivity. "Now we will be able to better service the Southwest of the US in a research, production, distribution, and sales capacity," said Alltech president Dr. Pearse Lyons. The new 240-acre site includes a new state-of-the-art sales office, warehouse, laboratory and production facility. The facility will produce Alltech's live yeast culture feed additive Yea-Sacc and its Sel-Plex organic selenium. It will also support local sales in New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Southwest Kansas.
